-2¼ Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
-¼ Cup Olive Oil
-2 Cloves Garlic
-½ Tablespoon Paprika
-½ Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
-½ Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
-1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
-Mozzarella (I used smoked in string cheese form)

-Sprinkle of Grated Parmesan

Instructions:
1. Add dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar to bread machine pan
2. Beat egg lightly with fork
3. Add liquids to the mix
4. Add yeast and set bread machine to dough mode
*add ingredients according to your bread machine or see comments for how to make this without a bread machine.*
5. Once it’s done in the bread machine mix together herbs, spices, salt and pepper into oil in a small bowl
6. Grate or mince in garlic into mixture
7. Cut mozzarella into small chunks – about 1.5 inches each
8. Pull apart dough into small roll-sized chunks and form around the mozzarella
9. Dip each chunk into herb and olive oil mixture and add to a nonstick cake pan
10. Cover with damp cloth and let the dough rise for 30 minutes
11. Sprinkle with parmesan
12. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown

I've had Stella's spicy cheese bread many times but haven't made it to madison in almost a year. Looks like I have a project coming up!

I love bread and this sounds absolutely yummy! But what is bread flour? I live in Sweden, so I'm not so sure if we have that over here. :)

I think your best bet is to use half all purpose flour and half whole wheat flour.
