My first post in this comm and first try to post a recipe in English. Please let me know if I made any mistakes :-)
Peppermint

Peppermint-Cookies
The Cookies:

125g butter (room temperature)
60 g powdered sugar
150g flour
A little bit baking powder
10 – 15 g cacao powder
2 T (tablespoon) water
6 drops Peppermint Oil

Mix the butter and the powdered sugar with a mixer till it’s a smooth mass.
Mix the flour, the baking powder and the cacao and put this mixture into the smooth mass and mix again. Then add the Peppermint Oil and mix it again.

Now form small balls and press them flat with a fork to add a nice pattern.
To bake them put the oven on top/bottom heat at 160°C for 8 – 10 minutes.

The Icing

100 g powdered sugar
2 drops Peppermint Oil
Some lemon juice
green food coloring

Mix the powdered sugar with the Peppermint and the lemon juice to get a glazing. If you like you can add green food color to make it look more like peppermint.

Merry Christmas :-)

I had to look for it, too. I finally found it in the drugstore o_O
And it's very strong in it's taste, that's why I only used drops. Maybe it works with other peppermint liquid and you just have to use a bit more?
