plum and blackberry clafoutis

A clafoutis is, I found out today, something like an eggy vanilla french bread pudding only without the bread. This one has lovely ripe plums fried in cinnamon and butter in it, as well as blackberries. Can you say 'ooh la la'?


Light and sweet with the red juice of the fruit oozing over the creamy yellow of the pudding - gorgeous. Recipe here!
